Hopfire Brewing offers a convenient shipping policy to ensure that your brewing equipment reaches you in a timely and secure manner. We prioritize efficient packaging and reasonable costs to provide you with a seamless delivery experience.
Currently on local Gold Coast / Brisbane Shipping is available. Price on request. We'll be shipping Australia wide in the following months.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Hopfire Brewing, we understand that circumstances may lead to a change of mind about a purchase or dissatisfaction with a product. As a result, we have implemented a comprehensive return and exchange policy to ensure that our customers can shop with confidence and peace of mind.
If your product is not as advertised, faulty or doesn't meet current standards as required by legislation, we will replace, rectify or repair as per current consumer law. We do not refund on the basis of the consumer changing their mind about a product. Faulty products may need to be returned either to Hopfire Brewing Gold Coast, or to the manufacturer or their agent for processing of warranty claims. We encourage customers to contact us for any issue and to discuss a suitable and equitable solution to issues which may arise. Generally, cost of postage or freight is the responsibility of the customer.
Damage to goods in transit, by the methods chosen by the consumer are not the responsibility of Hopfire Brewing , or their associated interests or entities. Issues with damage caused in transit should be taken up with the relevant carrier at the first opportunity. If there is an issue with damage caused by mishandling or an incident in transit, We encourage customers to make contact with us at the earliest opportunity. We undertake to work with you to attain the best possible outcome.Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods.
We require an invoice/ receipt or proof of purchase. (we will have this on file if purchased online)
